The service

Noumbra turns photos into printable paint by numbers templates. Processing happens in your browser; your account stores your access pass, your remaining generation balance and a history of what you traced. The service is provided as is, for personal, non commercial use of the generated templates unless agreed otherwise.

Accounts

You need an account to use the studio. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. We may close accounts that abuse the service.

Your profile page lets you set a public painter profile (name, nickname, gallery title, intro text and avatar) shown on your gallery page and next to your shared pieces; keep it free of content that infringes rights or is otherwise inappropriate, or we may clear it. You can change your password and delete your account entirely from the same page; deletion removes your shared pieces, history, profile, balance and sign-in, and is irreversible. Remaining pass time or generations are not refunded on deletion beyond the EU withdrawal right above.

Access passes and payment

• The first image on every new account is free.
• After that, access is sold as one-time passes, never as a subscription. Passes form a ladder shown at purchase, from 1€ (one day, up to 30 generations) through timed passes of up to 90 days, to forever passes from 20€ whose generation budget refills monthly (for example 20€ for 2000 generations per month). Each pass's window and budget are displayed before you pay. One generation covers one uploaded image; every trace, adjustment, size change and download of that image is included, indefinitely.
• Buying a pass replaces any pass already on the account; its window and generation budget start at payment time. Nothing renews or charges by itself.
• Schools and educational institutions can apply for free access with the form on the landing page; applications are received at design@passas.com and granted at our discretion.
• Payments are processed by Stripe (card and PayPal). Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Invite & earn: accounts created through your invite link are your invitees, and each of their purchases adds bonus generations to your balance equal to half of the generations they bought. Bonus generations have no cash value, are not transferable, and we may withhold or reverse rewards from self-referrals or other schemes designed to game the programme. We may change or end the programme for future purchases at any time.
• Passes and bonus generations are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• EU withdrawal right: by buying a pass you request immediate performance of a digital service; once a generation is used the withdrawal right lapses. A completely unused pass can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.

Your content

You keep every right to your photos and to the templates generated from them. Only upload images you are allowed to use. We never receive your photos, but you are responsible for what you print.

Shared galleries, voting and the wall

• Sharing a template to the community gallery (which also lists it on your public gallery page, and may be curated onto the landing page wall) is entirely optional and happens only when you tick the consent box and press the share button.
• Signed-in users can rate shared pieces with one star vote per piece, changeable at any time. Votes feed the public leaderboard. We may remove votes or exclude pieces from the leaderboard where we suspect manipulation.
• By sharing, you confirm that you own the commercial rights to the underlying image, or hold permissions equivalent to ownership, and that displaying and reusing it infringes no third party's rights, including the rights of any person depicted.
• You grant Noumbra and its users a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display the shared preview on the site and to reuse it as the basis for their own paint-by-numbers templates. This licence ends for future use when you take the piece down, which you can do at any time from your shelf; copies other users already made are unaffected.
• We may remove any shared piece that we believe infringes rights, depicts identifiable people without consent, or is otherwise inappropriate, without prior notice. Rights holders can request removal at ipassas.design@gmail.com.

Liability

We are liable under statutory law for intent and gross negligence. Beyond that, liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We do not guarantee that any given photo produces a template you will enjoy painting; the free first image and the preview exist so you can judge before paying.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that counts as acceptance.
